Radio Brain Drain 2020!

RADIO BRAIN DRAIN is a week-long music party taking place over CJAMs airwaves. Originally beginning as an “Anniversary of Punk” – CJAMs Radio Brain Drain celebrates the first time The Ramones played as a 4 piece band at CBGB’s on August 16 1974.  And while this is by no means exactly when punk began, we thought it was as good a time as any to celebrate the loud – the weird – and the NOISE. Starting August 16th through to the 22nd, CJAM DJs will be bringing you punk rock in all it’s forms. Since not all of our programmers have the ability to record new material right now due to COVID-19, there will also be some stellar encore programs from the past.
