The Clash 1982 album Combat Rock originally started out as a double album produced by Clash guitarist Mick Jones and was originally titled Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg,. Due to internal band disagreements the double album idea was scrapped and producer Glyn Johns was brought in. The album was cut down to a single and the result was the album entitled Combat Rock. This program will compare and contrast Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg against Combat Rock. There will be many alternate and unreleased tracks featured from this era of The Clash.
