Windsor Chronicle March 20: Bill C-51

Tune in at noon on Friday March 20th for The Chronicle discussing the controversial Bill C-51. There will be a live interview from Toronto with Tom Henheffer, the executive director for Canadian Journalists for Free Expression. According to the government Bill C-51 will provide to law-enforcement authorities “with the vital tools needed to stamp out terror plots before they unfold”. Tune in for Tom Henheffer’s thoughts on the matter.

This week’s Windsor Chronicle will also feature an interview with Dr. Robert Ventresca, the Associate Professor in the Department of History at King’sCollege at Western University (London ON) to discuss the study of modern Italian and Church history and the fascinating life of Pope Pius XII.

Your host Zoran will also be joined by Zoya Krasovska, freelance journalist and researcher at the non government organization, the Institute of Mass Information. Zoya will discuss how press freedom is threatened in Ukraine.
