Pledge Drive: Day 7

josh

Today is the last full day of Pledge Drive and we need your help to reach our goal of $30,000! We are at $17,000 and need your support. Call in right now at 519-971-3630 or from Detroit, 313-963-6112 ext. 3630.

Get on your dancin’ shoes, because tonight is our Dubstep Dance Party! Join us at The Room Nightclub – 255 Ouellette Avenue in Windsor starting at 10pm. Dstruct.o, KERO and Martin Deck (Wake the Town) will be spinning the beats you need. 19 and over are welcome and it’s a $5 minimum donation. Come down and support CJAM and get your groove on!
Thursday programming is where it’s at. The morning started us off with Big JD and Lippo in the morning and then Boker Tov got us cultured. Washing Machine, the Judy Adams Program and Pardon My French had the tunes for your morning and afternoon. The brand new show Research Matters took us to 5pm, where we have Productive Confusion (5-6), Jump Kat Jump (6-7) and the Sweet Static (7-8pm). Back to back is solid spoken word with American Frank (8-8:30) and then in its new timeslot, All in a Day’s Work (8:30-9pm). Hammering Process’s (9-10:30) metal meets A-Bomb’s Dance Explosion (10:30-midnight) and then we end off the night with The Needle 519 Show (midnight-2am).

Call in to donate to your favourite Thursday shows or pledge online at cjam.ca. We have some great incentives this year, but the best is certainly campus-community radio.

Hope to see you tonight at The Room!!
