Mr. Dan Mori, the Social justice consultant and prominent lawyer who is well known for taking impossible case such as moving David Hicks out of the Guatanamo Bay interrogation camp.
Mr. Mori took another challenge in representing the former Serbian paramilitary commander Dragan Vasiljkovic aka “Captain Dragan”, who’s waiting in a Sydney prison for nine years to be extradited to Croatia on war crimes charges. Mr. Vasiljkovic could become the first Australian citizen extradited for war crimes.
