🎶 Music Committee

• Creates listening parties for new albums at CJAM, either in the station or out in the community
• Reviews and suggests new music to add to CJAM’s new music library
• Conducts album reviews for CJAM’s website and social media

🎉 Events Committee

• Plan and execute our annual Jammy Awards Show
• Work with our Festival Coordinator to plan our Annual Higher Ground Music & Art Festival
• Plan around four concerts/music-focused live shows a year in Windsor/Detroit
• Plan a bi-monthly event in the station (game night, movie night, etc.)

📣 Outreach Committee

• Hosts CJAM info sessions at local festivals, events and around the UWindsor campus to recruit new volunteers and hosts
• Emphasis on hosting sessions on campus during Welcome Week and other major events at UWindsor
• Connects with other local not-for-profits and grassroots organizations to see where and how we can partner on events and initiatives

📺 Advertising & Marketing Committee

• Approach local businesses to sell advertising space on our airwaves
• Responsible for creating a year-round marketing strategy and a marketing strategy for our annual Pledge Drive fundraiser
• Creates a sponsorship package and levels and approaches potential donors year-round with an emphasis on ramping up donations for Pledge Drive
• The marketing committee should also help us with the creation, organization and management of CJAM merchandise
