A monster musician with a firm foundation in the jazz piano tradition of Detroit, he was equally influenced by the city’s house and techno scene. “Loud in Detroit” is a timely release “in celebration of the Detroit Pistons forcing a Game 7 against the Orlando Magic in the first round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs” and features a sample of Piston’s #2 Cade Cunningham as its main refrain.
